You need a lot of energy to keep up to all these everyday activities. The best strategy is to eat foods that provide the body energy throughout the day.  The purpose of energy foods is to offer our system with the much needed energy needed to perform activities. The human body changes the stored energy in these foods into a type of energy that can be absorbed by our system. Getting junk foods that are high in caffeine or processed sugar will only provide your body energy boost for just a short amount of time, the effect would wears off easily. Below is a list of foods that can provide the body energy for everyday activity.

1. Beans

Beans is an outstanding high energy food source because they are full of proteins, which will give you energy and it is a amazing source of fiber, which results in a reduced glucose release, as well as vitamin B's, calcium, potassium, zinc, iron. They can be included to almost any meal recipe, which makes them an excellent addition to any meal. They are easy to eat, too.

2. Banana

They are affordable and so easy to eat, breakfast, lunch, as a snack, and after dinner. The mixture of vitamin b and carbohydrates found in bananas offers a good boost of energy for your body to start your day with lots of energy. Banana supply the body with potassium, a quick digestible carbohydrate, which manage nerve and muscle functions. The sugar in banana is a quick consumable type of carbohydrate.

3. Oat

Oats are excellent source of fiber, they contain vitamin b that can lower stress levels and energize the body, which turns carbohydrates into energy that is useful for the body. That means that your body gets a regular source of energy, in contrast to a short term boost. Look for high fiber oats, like oat bran. As well as improving your skin, they are good in lowering stress and exhaustion.

4. Almonds

Nuts, such as almonds, usually have a relatively large amount of calorie per serving. These are good if you are looking to boost your focus and mental alertness. Almond is a useful and better treat for providing high energy food source in just small servings. An almond also is high on fiber and other nutritional benefits.
