1. Cucumbers

They also have other nutritional value that can nourish and hydrate the body. A cucumber is a good source of vitamin C. It also provides electrolytes such as sodium, magnesium and potassium that can help minimize the risk of dehydration. They can be used to help ease swollen eyes and sunburns.
2. Apples
Apples are a good year round fruit to eat that can hydrate your body. A medium size apple consists of 110 milliliters of essential liquids. Other than keeping the body hydrated, apples are good in lowering cholesterol levels, protection against serious ailments, and it is useful for a weight loss diet. A green apple contains lesser sugar than red apples.
3. Watermelon
One of the most hydrating fruit is watermelon. It consists of 92 percent of water, which is high enough to balance the decrease in liquids in the body. Thanks to the mixture of sugar, minerals and hydrating salts, it can hydrate the body more effectively than water. Watermelon is also rich in vitamin C and some lycopene, which may reduce the possibility of cancer and heart issues.
4. Carrots
Carrots are very hydrating vegetables. They are made up of 87 percent water. And they contain loads of beta carotene than any other vegetable. Beta carotene is essential to avoid cataracts and excellent eye sight.
5. Pineapple
Pineapples are juicy fruit, which are enriched of hydrating components needed by the body. It is packed with bromelain which is essential for the digestive system. Pineapple is a good fruit for detoxification of the body.
