9 large sea scallops
1/2 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp white pepper
- Rinse scallops and pat dry.
- Pulse coconut, salt, and pepper in food processor until finely ground.
- Dredge scallops in coconut mixture.
- Grill over medium-high heat for approximately 5 minutes on each side or cooked through.
