Cauliflower Crust Pizza IS DELICIOUS. Sounds gross, but I actually like it better than regular pizza and it is over a full serving of veggies! It includes healthy Paleo Foods that you can convert your friends over to the Paleo Diet with. 

With a cauliflower crust, now you can have your pizza and not feel bad about it! It's Gluten free so the only potential allergy in this Paleo meal is the cheese.
Cauliflower Pizza Crust
Ingredients
-2 Cups "Riced" Cauliflower
-2 Cups Mozzarella Cheese
-2 Omega 3 Eggs
-Italian Seasoning
-Pizza Sauce (Low Sugar)
**Attempt to drain "riced" cauliflower as much as possible

Combine ingredients in mixing bowl, spread onto pizza tray and bake at 450* for 10-12 minutes.

Add sauce, a layer of cheese and toppings to your choosing.Place back in oven and broil until cheese is melted. Boom. Dinner is Served!
